Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit card companies. Once we have your order, we will send you an acknowledgement and order confirmation e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. Your card will be debited once the order confirmation e-mail is sent to you. Please check the order confirmation and notify us of any mistake immediately, otherwise the details stated in the order confirmation will apply.

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for a product that is out of stock, we will automatically notify you and refund the amount of money paid. Should you experience any difficulties, please let us know.

Dispatch, postage & delivery

Orders placed by 3pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed later than 3pm will be processed the next working day.

Please note that Next day delivery orders processed on a Friday will be delivered the next working day, which is a Monday.

Please note that times and dates of UK and European delivery given below are provided in good faith. These are estimates only, and we accept no liability for delays in delivery.
