Winkie Spiers – dog trainer & behaviour consultant, author, speaker and canine Bowen therapist based in SW11. Member of APDT, PDTE, BTPA and Association of INTOdogs. Katie

Katie takes behaviour and training cases for Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary in Bristol, runs an award winning pet-sitting company and trains dogs, puppies and pets (including cats) on a 1-2-1 and class basis. Katie not only runs puppy classes based on life skills including husbandry techniques but reactive dog classes and runs workshops covering topics such as canine body language, recall and pulling on the lead. Katie also presents dog bite prevention programs to schools local to the Bristol area. Katie is a member of the British Veterinary Behaviour Association and is currently mentored by Jean Donaldson, author of the Culture Clash and world renowned dog trainer, while studying with the Harvard of dog training; the Academy for Dog Trainers (ADT). Her dogs very happily approve Bob & Lush dog food and eagerly await their meals, it's also handy for training treats!

Bev Truss RVN DipCAPBT runs Pet Problems in Co Clare Ireland. Force free up-to-date training techniques for puppies to pensioners. We believe that motivation not intimidation is the key to a happy stress free life with your companion animals. "Kadarow Dog Training" is based in Bournemouth and is run by Katie Rowlands. Katie has many years experience in the training of dogs and runs her classes with fun, enthusiasm and very much with a personal touch. Katie currently runs twelve classes per week, at all levels, from puppy, beginner, novice and intermediate, right up through to advanced and fun agility. Kadarow uses only fun, motivational, reward-based training techniques and the classes are relaxed, friendly and enjoyable.

Alison Garforth

I am a qualified Canine Behaviour Specialist & Dog Trainer based in Somerset, covering an area from Weston-super- Mare to Burnham-on-Sea. I am a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers & the Institute of Animal Care Education. My services are puppy pre-school, fun training classes with different levels to work towards, one to one training sessions & behaviour consultations. I only use up to date training methods and I see each dog and owner as an individual.

Beverley Courtney

Susan McKeon

Susan McKeon currently runs Puppy School classes in Lincolnshire. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and a member, working towards accreditation, of the Kennel Club Accredited Instructors Scheme. As well as puppy classes, Susan also offers 1-2-1 training consultations and will soon be launching Happy Hounds Dog Training which will provide training classes for older dogs and some greyhound specific classes too. She is also part-way through a BSc in canine behaviour and training.

Heidi Zouroudis

Heidi Zouroudis is a Qualified Veterinary Nurse and a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), She is based Wimbledon and covers all surrounding areas. She has been helping owners and their dogs overcome various behaviour problems for over 7 years. Heidi runs puppy and adolescent training and socialization classes through ‘Very important Pets’. She also runs puppy parties at various veterinary practices and believes strongly in early socialization and reward based training.

Lucy King

Paws for Success and KATS agility are run by Lucy King and cover Hampshire and Surrey. Focusing on positive methods of training and aiming to keep training fun for both owners and their pets, we offer agility, 121 training, Talking Dogs Rally and loads of seminars and workshops for all our canine chums!

Caroline Cowan

Caroline Cowan has a BSc in Canine Behaviour and Training, is a Wag It Games Tier 2 Instructor, is a member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers, a temperament assessor for Pets As Therapy and a trustee of two dog charities. Caroline currently hold classes for all levels of the Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme, trick classes and worshops in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Caroline also holds recall classes and special classes and workshops for special dogs, Prickly Pooches. Caroline also offers behaviour consultations and 1-2-1 training.
