Return policy

At Bob & Lush, we want your dog to be delighted with our products. This means that you can exchange or return products you are dissatisfied with.

We will accept exchanges and returns of products within 7 days of delivery. To be returned a product must be sent back to us in its intact and original packaging. Please note that seals must be unbroken and prints undamaged.

To exchange a  product, return it with a note explaining why you are unhappy and tell us which other product you would like to swap it with. If there is a difference in cost, your card will be charged/refunded the difference. Please note that we will charge you an additional £5 for administration and re-delivery costs.

To return a product (for exchange or otherwise) please send it along with your order reference number to:

If you can’t find your order reference number (it happens to the best of us!), please contact us.

If you wish to claim that the goods have been delivered defective or damaged, you should give us notice by email or write to us within 3 days of the delivery date. At our discretion, we will then offer replacement. If you fail to contact us within 3 days of the delivery date, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered undamaged without defect and in accordance with the delivery document.

Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts will apply to this agreement.
